Products are returnable within the applicable return window; only if you’ve received wrong item, has missing parts, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on our website.

Return will be processed only if it is determined that the package was not damaged/copied while in your possession; the package is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with packing box, MRP tag intact).

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

The return window of any study package / Test- series; (if applicable) is within a day of receiving the package or getting an update for the same by delivery/ courier service, whichever happens first.

Refund of Fee is not applicable for Test-Series purchased in any case
